November 9, 2019 all-day

We invite you to Mindfulness Challenge 2019, the Centre’s “meditate-athon” to bring sustainable mindfulness programs to disadvantaged communities.

Our theme this year is “Clear Mind – Open Heart” with lead teacher Susan Woods, one of the most skilled and sought-after mindfulness teacher trainers in North America. Susan has a unique ability to hold a loving and compassionate space.

As Susan says, “a clear mind is a way of being with the movement of thoughts, emotions and body sensations with kindness, awareness, and curiosity. An open heart is one that can hold our own suffering, and the suffering of others, with openness, compassion and love.”

When:   Saturday, November 9

Where:  Toronto | Ottawa | Kitchener | Oshawa | London | Virtual
